How we manage each job from enquiry to delivery
Most work begins with an enquiry through the contact page enquiry form, followed by a review of the drawing, material and intended use. From there, we assess what the part needs to do, where the critical dimensions are and whether there are areas that can be improved for machining efficiency or fit. The goal is to avoid surprises later, especially on repeat orders where the first sample sets the standard.
Our process is practical and hands-on. The production team checks the sequence of operations, the part is machined with the chosen method, and then it is measured against the drawing and any agreed notes. If a sample needs a change, we can look at a sample part remake or drawing update before the rest of the batch is continued. This saves time and helps prevent scrap, which matters when material is costly or lead times are tight during load-shedding or busy workshop periods.
